We had a garage sale yesterday. It was a spur of the moment decision earlier in the week. We had brought all the stuff we had stored at our house in Provo down here. The problem is that our house here is smaller than our house in Provo. Hence the decision for the garage sale. Perry is going to be traveling a lot this month, so we had to hurry and get it done before he left town.
The good thing: I got a lot of closets and drawers cleaned out and now have a little more space available for the as-of-yet unorganized stuff.
The bad thing: Our junk is worth more to us monetarily than it is to the seasoned garage saler.
Lesson learned: There are some things you can't put in a garage sale in full view of your spouse and children.
